Ferdinand Milan has been passionately pursuing his calling as a financial advisor for over a decade. He often says he has “the greatest job in the world.” Every day he has the pleasure of helping his clients gain greater clarity with the financial management of their present and future.
In 1997, Ferd began his career in finance by earning his accounting designation as a CPA, CGA (Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant). After spending 8 years in the accounting and business analysis field, and developing his finance and analytical skills with the Workers Compensation Board and TELUS Communications, Ferd followed an interest in the investment industry, beginning his financial advisory business and attaining his Certified Financial Planner designation.
With Ferd’s focus on planning and long-term disciplined investing, he has built a rewarding and successful client-centred business.
Ferd, his wife Jeinny, and daughter Jayden, enjoy living in the quaint community of Steveston Village in Richmond, BC. They can often be seen strolling along the dike or sipping coffee at one of the local cafés. Ferd enjoys attending his local church, playing golf, exploring the outdoors, supporting numerous charitable organizations and watching his daughter flourish and grow.

With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Joy Lim Hing understands clients' expectations and strives to meet them with a high level of care and integrity. Her organizational skills and attention to detail provide solid administrative support to Milan Financial Group.
Joy was born and raised in the Philippines, where she earned her Communication Arts degree from De La Salle University. With an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic, she co-founded and managed a video production and editing company in the Philippines. Since moving to Canada, she has built up a wealth of experience in client care and day-to-day business operations.
Besides her focus on family and career, Joy also enjoys travelling, learning about different cultures and discovering new and diverse cuisines.

STEPHEN LITAM

Stephen brings over 15 years of industry experience in financial services, having worked with the big banks as well as credit unions before opening his own practice.
From the very beginning of his time with the banks, he already felt a strong calling to help people with their finances. This drove the way he related to both clients and colleagues, earning him recognition such as Bank of Montreal's Best of the Best Award for his excellent customer service and work ethic in his first year with the institution.
He took this vocation and used it to propel and pursue his passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. In March 2022, he earned his Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) designation.
In between client meetings, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. He also takes an active part in volunteering for his local church and community, and offers free workshops throughout the Lower Mainland in an effort to increase financial literacy, especially with the younger generation.
After graduating from UBC Economics in 1988, Dave Kraemer has gone on to attain his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and CHS (Certified Health Specialist) designations.
He enjoys helping clients minimize their financial stress, and has valuable experience in the insurance industry at management, corporate and advisory levels.
Milan Financial Group works closely with Dave for our clients’ insurance needs. Once we develop a client’s financial plan and determine a need for risk management, we collaborate with Dave to provide a solution catered to our client’s unique goals.
